By accessing or using Beentu AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

Beentu AI is an academic intelligence platform designed to help users write, refine, verify, organize, and export content for educational, research, and professional workflows.

The platform may include writing assistance, research support, document processing, formatting tools, template tools, and related features that may change over time.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, to use Beentu AI. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

If you are using Beentu AI on behalf of an organization, institution, or team, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your login details secure.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected security issue.
• Ensure that any account sharing or team access complies with your organization's internal policies.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

You agree to use Beentu AI only for lawful and permitted purposes. You must not use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
• Upload or distribute malicious code, malware, or harmful content.
• Attempt to access unauthorized systems, data, or accounts.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the platform.
• Misrepresent authorship, provenance, or academic integrity in a way that violates institutional rules or submission requirements.
• Use the platform to facilitate fraud, deception, or academic misconduct.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these Terms or engaged in harmful or abusive conduct.

You may submit, upload, or input text, documents, files, prompts, and other materials into the platform. You retain ownership of your underlying user content to the extent permitted by law.

By submitting content, you grant Beentu AI a limited license to process, store, analyze, reproduce, transform, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, securing, and providing the services you request.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and use any content you submit. You must not upload confidential, sensitive, or third-party materials unless you are authorized to do so.

Beentu AI may generate or suggest text, summaries, citations, templates, rewrites, analysis, or other output based on your input.

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and approving any output before relying on it, submitting it, publishing it, or distributing it.

You should not treat AI-generated content as professional, legal, medical, academic, or research advice unless reviewed by a qualified person.

Beentu AI is designed to support academic and professional workflows. However, you are responsible for using the platform in a manner consistent with the rules, policies, and expectations of your institution, publisher, supervisor, employer, or other relevant authority.

You must not use the platform to misrepresent original work, bypass applicable review standards, or engage in conduct that would violate academic integrity requirements.

Certain features may require a paid subscription or other fees. When you purchase a plan, you agree to pay all applicable charges, taxes, and billing amounts shown at checkout or otherwise communicated to you. Unless stated otherwise:

• Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
• You authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
• We may change pricing, plan features, or usage limits with prior notice where required by law.

If payment fails, we may suspend or limit access to paid features until payment is successfully processed.

We may offer free trials, credits, discounts, or promotional access from time to time. Such offers may be subject to separate terms, eligibility requirements, usage limits, or expiration dates.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw promotional offers at any time, subject to applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process provided in your account settings or support documentation. Cancellation will generally take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

Refunds, if any, will be handled in accordance with our published refund policy or as required by applicable law. Where no refund is required, unused time or credits may not be refundable.

Beentu AI may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including file processors, authentication providers, payment processors, cloud infrastructure, analytics tools, and external content sources.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Beentu AI, including its software, branding, design, workflows, interfaces, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, no rights or licenses are granted to you by implication or otherwise. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the platform except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, feature ideas, or other comments about Beentu AI, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove features or functionality at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice where required by law. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Your use of Beentu AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beentu AI and all services, content, and output are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that any output will be error-free, original, publication-ready, plagiarism-free, or accepted by any institution, journal, employer, or other authority.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beentu AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the platform will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim during the period specified by applicable law, or such other amount as may be required by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beentu AI and its affiliates from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the platform.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your infringement or misappropriation of any rights of another person or entity.
• Any content you submit, upload, publish, or transmit through the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or used the service in a way that could harm the platform, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform will cease immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination where appropriate.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Beentu AI is legally established, unless another governing law is required by applicable law.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be handled according to the dispute resolution process specified by Beentu AI, which may include informal resolution, arbitration, mediation, or court proceedings, depending on applicable legal requirements.
