Affiliate Program Terms of Service

The Beentu AI Affiliate Program enables approved individuals, educators, creators, institutions, partners, and communities to promote Beentu AI products and services in exchange for eligible referral commissions.

The Program is designed to reward genuine advocacy while maintaining fairness, transparency, brand integrity, and compliance with applicable laws. Participation in the Program does not establish an employment relationship, partnership, franchise, agency, or joint venture between you and Beentu AI.

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Provide complete, accurate, and verifiable account information.
• Successfully complete any identity verification or compliance requirements requested by Beentu AI.
• Comply with these Affiliate Terms and all applicable laws.

Beentu AI reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

Approved affiliates receive access to an Affiliate Dashboard that may include:

• Personalized referral links
• Referral tracking
• Affiliate performance analytics
• Commission reports
• Conversion statistics
• Coupon code management
• Promotional assets
• Payout history
• Account settings

Features may evolve over time without prior notice.

Each affiliate receives a unique referral identifier that may include:

• Affiliate links
• Referral URLs
• Promotional URLs
• Campaign links
• Coupon codes
• Referral codes

Only referrals accurately tracked through Beentu AI's systems qualify for commissions. Beentu AI cannot guarantee commissions for referrals that:

• Disable tracking technologies
• Use ad blockers
• Modify referral parameters
• Expire after attribution windows
• Cannot be verified

Tracking decisions made by Beentu AI shall be final.

Where enabled, affiliates may receive personalized promotional coupon codes. Coupon codes:

• May be unique to each affiliate.
• May contain usage limitations.
• May expire.
• May apply only to eligible products.
• Cannot be modified without authorization.

Beentu AI reserves the right to suspend or revoke coupon codes at any time.

Commissions are earned only for Qualified Referrals. A Qualified Referral generally means a customer who:

• Uses your valid referral link or coupon.
• Successfully completes an eligible purchase.
• Passes fraud verification.
• Completes payment successfully.
• Does not request a refund within the applicable review period.
• Meets all campaign requirements.

Not every referral automatically qualifies for commission.

Commission rates are determined solely by Beentu AI. Commission percentages, fixed rewards, incentive campaigns, bonus programs, or seasonal promotions may change at any time.

The applicable commission will be displayed within your Affiliate Dashboard where available.

Affiliate earnings become eligible for payout only after reaching the minimum payout threshold established by Beentu AI. Threshold values:

• Are determined by administrators.
• May differ by country, campaign, currency, or affiliate category.
• May change periodically.

Threshold information will be displayed within the Affiliate Dashboard whenever applicable.

Approved commissions are paid according to Beentu AI's payout cycle. Payouts may be processed:

• Monthly
• Bi-weekly
• Quarterly
• On scheduled payout dates
• Or according to campaign-specific rules

Processing timelines may vary depending on banking systems, payment providers, verification requirements, holidays, and jurisdiction.

Available payout methods may include:

• Bank Transfer
• UPI
• PayPal
• Wise
• Stripe
• Other approved payment providers

Available methods may vary by country. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Incorrect payment details may delay payouts.

Affiliates are solely responsible for:

• Income tax
• GST/VAT where applicable
• Local reporting obligations
• Regulatory compliance
• Financial declarations

Beentu AI does not provide tax advice.

Affiliates must represent Beentu AI honestly and professionally. You agree NOT to:

• Make false claims.
• Misrepresent platform capabilities.
• Guarantee outcomes.
• Impersonate Beentu AI.
• Purchase misleading advertisements.
• Use deceptive marketing.
• Create fake reviews.
• Spam communities.
• Use unauthorized email campaigns.
• Purchase fraudulent traffic.

Approved affiliates may use Beentu AI marketing materials solely for Program participation. Brand assets including:

• Logos
• Product images
• Screenshots
• Videos
• Brand colors
• Promotional graphics

remain the exclusive intellectual property of Beentu AI. No ownership rights are transferred.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals
• Fake purchases
• Duplicate accounts
• Referral manipulation
• Cookie stuffing
• Automated registrations
• Incentivized fake traffic
• Bot traffic
• Commission laundering
• Chargeback abuse

Violation may result in commission forfeiture, account suspension, permanent removal, or legal action.

All commissions remain subject to review. Beentu AI reserves the right to:

• Delay payouts
• Reverse commissions
• Hold funds
• Investigate suspicious activity
• Reject fraudulent referrals

Decisions made following fraud investigations shall be final.

Beentu AI may suspend or terminate affiliate participation at any time if an affiliate:

• Violates these Terms.
• Violates platform policies.
• Engages in fraudulent conduct.
• Harms the reputation of Beentu AI.
• Creates legal or security risks.

Termination immediately revokes access to affiliate tools and future commissions unless otherwise required by law.

Beentu AI reserves the right to modify:

• Commission structures
• Referral rules
• Campaign requirements
• Thresholds
• Payment schedules
• Dashboard functionality
• Eligibility requirements
• Affiliate benefits

Updated Terms become effective upon publication.

All Beentu AI software, dashboards, referral systems, tracking technologies, marketing assets, trademarks, product names, documentation, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Beentu AI.

Nothing in these Terms grants ownership of Beentu AI intellectual property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beentu AI shall not be liable for:

• Lost commissions
• Lost profits
• Tracking interruptions
• Payment delays
• Technical outages
• Network failures
• Third-party payment provider failures
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

These Affiliate Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Beentu AI is legally established.

Any disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation before proceeding to mediation, arbitration, or courts of competent jurisdiction where applicable.
